Fermeham

Fermeham

Fermeham is the nation to the south of Lake Deneland.

Geography
Fermeham is bordered to the east and south by the Decandra Mountains and to the west by the Sunset Fenlands. From the south comes the rivers (from east to west) Erbo, Hwitwael, Reodwael, Pedride, and Eastream. These rivers are too small for large scale travel and most traffic is for the transport of foodstuffs. The Hwitwael and Reodwael come together at the town of Wael and become the River Wael before merging with the Erbo River. The highlands are to the south with a gradually decreasing elevation bearing north toward the lakeshore. The highpoint of Fermeham is in the town of Wael.

History
After the Lake’s elevation began dropping, a settlement was founded at Wael which was then a newly revealed island. As the water continued dropping, more farmable land was revealed resulting in more settlers from Aladron.
